How Many Blocks Does One Water Hydrate In Minecraft

I use 4 blocks from center. So if you put down a water source in the center than my fields are 9×9 with water in the middle. That makes 80 farmable farmlands that are hydrated. Central block is water. According to the minecraft wiki that’s the biggest fields you can get. Height wise can be as long as you see fit.

I made a world at one point in an archipelago where I created huge multileveled glass greenhouses with the system of 1 block of water for a 9×9 grid. I also like the fact that it gives you 80 wheat per 9×9 grid.
